Email Design System
Overview
Taskrabbit's email campaigns have had major workflow inefficiencies across the entire program, which included a lack of clear and defined processes with stakeholders, a lack of centralized project management tools, and inconsistent design expectations of email output.
My Role
I heavily investigated and ramped up on the root cause of these inefficiencies by building out proper protocols, workflows, and templates to allow efficient cross-functional collaboration. This has resulted in greater operationalization, transparency, awareness, and trust established among our various design stakeholders leading to faster delivery of major projects.
Components & Email Design
I evolved the creative direction for email design by developing a variety of templated email modules, color and text styles, and illustrations, which enabled designers to create emails efficiently and maintain creative consistency.
